System Requirements
Before installing DMDS Agent software on your computer, please check that it
meets the minimum system requirements listed here:
MAC:
MAC OSX (Tiger)
Flip4Mac (to enable streaming -Safari Only)
Macromedia Flash Player 7 or higher
PC:
Windows 2000(SP4) / Windows XP(SP2) / Windows Vista
Windows Media Player 9.0 (or higher)
Internet Explorer 6.0
Macromedia Flash Player 7 or higher
Windows Media Encoder 9 Series
Note: You must be logged onto your computer with
administrative privileges in order to install DMDS Agent software. If you do
not have - or are uncertain about - administrative privileges, you should
contact your technical support or IT Department.
If you meet the necessary minimum requirements, the next step is to
register with DMDS.
